The Gap We're Closing
Funding Gap Analysis
We're building solutions to end intergenerational cycles of poverty and recidivism. To serve 50,000 people, we project an annual budget of $3 million. To become good stewards of capital, we're striving to raise operating resources of $6 million, which would give us two years of reserves.
Closing the gap allows us to create more pathways to prepare 50,000 people for lives of meaning, relevance, and dignity, with self-directed learning resources, at a projected cost of less than $60 per year, per participant, or $0.17 per day.

Where Money Is Going
Loading current spending...
We anticipate an annualized budget of $900,000 in 2026, which allows us to cover project-development costs to prepare for the introduction of tablets. The tablets will allow us to scale to 50,000 participants. We are reserving funds to make those anticipated expenditures to accommodate additional participants, with at least 10,000 participants before the end of 2026. Numbers below reflect the ratio in real time, before we make the additional investment to grow our impact.

Cost Drops As We Scale
Every additional participant we onboard lowers the cost to serve each one. From 500 participants in 2024 to 50,000 at scale, the same operating budget reaches dramatically more people — making every donor dollar work harder.
